VestiAi is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate fashion and apparel images. The service lets users upload clothing images and generate visualizations on virtual models.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• VestiAi reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

Using certain VestiAi features requires purchasing credits or holding an active subscription.

• Payments: All payments are securely processed through our partners (Stripe).
• Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable and may have validity as specified at purchase time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and AI compute costs, we do not offer refunds except as required by law.

5. User Content

When uploading images or content to VestiAi:

• You retain your intellectual property rights over your content.
• You grant VestiAi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide the service (image generation).
• You warrant you have the necessary rights over submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• Uploading illegal, offensive, pornographic, or copyright-violating content is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer (AI)

The service is provided “as is.” Due to the nature of artificial intelligence:

• We do not guarantee generated images will be 100% accurate or free of artifacts.
• Results may vary depending on input image quality and other factors.
• VestiAi is not responsible for decisions made based on generated images.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will VestiAi, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
